Paul Rowe Associates is a small practice of highly professional specialists in the property field. All general residential survey and valuation work is personally undertaken by PAUL F ROWE FRICS, IRRV, a fully qualified chartered valuation surveyor in general practice, with thirty years experience in the Maidstone, Mid Kent and Weald of Kent area. His specialist field is the medieval and period house.

The practice is totally independent and has no connection with any insurance company, bank or building society. There is therefore no danger of any conflict of interest. We act for YOU, the instructing client and your best interests are paramount.

PAUL ROWE ASSOCIATES was established in 1985 and operates under the  rules and regulations laid down by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. This provides for the highest standards of professional conduct and ensures that there is adequate Professional Indemnity
